The spacious space with a total floor area of \u200b\u200b[72 m2] has a simple design using old wood and natural plaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All rooms are connected together as a [one-room].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bath, toilet (waterless type), projector, and Internet Wi-Fi (optical fiber optic line).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a ski stand at the entrance. (You can also hang out fishing waders.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is free parking for about 2 cars. (Gravel)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The living and dining room has a 2-person hammock and a projector, and the bedroom has 3 futons (laid on top of the tatami mats) and bunk beds. (Maximum capacity of 5 people)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils. (See the photos for details)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bathroom is a large unit bath with a shower and a bathtub where you can stretch your legs. There are also handrails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We renovated a 60-year-old one-story house with DIY using scrap and old materials that we collected ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is airtight and insulated, so you can live comfortably in any season. (Summer: Air conditioner, Winter: FF type kerosene stove)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior is made of Spanish plaster (Revistam), which has a high antibacterial effect and excellent odor absorption performance, and almost no new building materials are used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People who are sensitive to chemicals and odors can live comfortably. (As there are individual differences, we would appreciate it if you could consult us in advance.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are almost no steps in the building. It is almost barrier-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are handrails in the toilets and entrance. The kitchen and washbasin have a wide space under the sink so that they can be used while in a wheelchair. (Only the outer entrance has a step of about 20 cm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*There is no sewer system in this area, so the toilet is a waterless system, but it is clean. There is also an exhaust system, so there is no odor inside the room. There is no washlet. It is an eco-toilet that can be used in the event of a disaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*There is no television (there is a projector where you can watch YouTube, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
